Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our client team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects, ensuring that spaces are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and plans based on client needs, space, and budget
• Meet with clients to discuss objectives, budget, and project timeline
• Create functional and attractive layouts, optimizing space use
• Select furniture, fabrics, color schemes, lighting, and other materials
• Use design software to create 2D/3D models, renderings, and detailed drawings
• Oversee project timelines and ensure designs are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs
• Create cost estimates and manage project budgets
• Identify and order furnishings, finishes, and decor from suppliers
• Conduct site visits during and after construction to ensure quality standards
• Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design or related field
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong visualization and spatial planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
• NCIDQ certification or equivalent preferred (not required)

Salary ₦250,000 per month
