About the role

Payroll Specialist

Speedaf is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll operations and ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Calculate salaries, taxes, pensions, and statutory deductions
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and resolve payroll-related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years' experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in logistics or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory deductions, taxation, and labour regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software or HRIS systems
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
