Systems Engineer

A Systems Engineer is responsible for administering and maintaining servers, networks, and enterprise systems. They monitor system performance, drive technology upgrades, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and champion cybersecurity and IT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and enterprise systems
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Drive technology upgrades and implementation projects
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support end users
• Champion cybersecurity and IT compliance across the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's/HND in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 3+ years in Systems/Network Admin or IT Infrastructure
• Proficient in Windows Server, networking, virtualization & cloud
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration will be an advantage
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL)
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
