Retail Operations Manager

Oversee the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth workflow, effective inventory management, and high customer satisfaction. Develop sales strategies, manage staff, and maintain company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations ensuring smooth daily activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work flow and staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targets.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory control and replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, and product display.
• Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive team.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, staffing, and operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the on deliveries, pricing, and product updates.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control across store operations.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and promote brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field with a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Store Operations Executive in a retail store.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be goal-oriented, strategic, and able to make sound business decisions.
