About the role

Marketing & Social Media Executive

ACO Nigeria is seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing & Social Media Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, captions, blogs, and marketing materials
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend creative campaign ideas
  • Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and promotions
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages professionally
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Work with external vendors, influencers, and media partners when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
  • Experience managing social media business accounts and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
