About the role

Assistant Head of Sales

Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited is seeking an Assistant Head of Sales to drive strategic sales growth and revenue generation across its real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate strategic sales growth plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Position Chateau Royal as the premier real estate company in Nigeria and build top-of-mind brand awareness
  • Develop branding, packaging, and messaging strategies for real estate products and services
  • Oversee product definition, market segmentation, positioning, and marketing communications strategies
  • Coordinate implementation across multiple channels: social media, TV, search engine marketing, telesales, email marketing, direct mail, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Manage the company's websites for effective marketing and sales
  • Prepare and drive performance against sales and marketing budgets; control expenses to achieve profit margins
  • Conceive, identify, and refine products and services in liaison with Consulting and Construction divisions
  • Support and motivate the sales organization to execute marketing models and pursue new sales channels
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions, quality factors, location, and profit targets
  • Manage buyer payment plans and credit terms in coordination with Finance
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new opportunities

Requirements

Education:

  • B.Sc. plus M.Sc. in Social Sciences or Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in the same role in the real estate industry
  • Not more than 40 years of age

  • Knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods
  • Proficiency with enterprise applications (SAGE, SAP), MS Office, and marketing software (CRM)
