Field Marketing Officer

iDaily is a fast-growing digital commerce and everyday services platform looking for smart, confident, and target-driven Field Marketing Officers to join its Abuja expansion team. The role involves visiting businesses, presenting iDaily, onboarding suitable vendors, supporting vendor activation, and helping the company grow its vendor network across selected Abuja locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, supermarkets, retailers and other suitable vendors in assigned Abuja areas.
• Present iDaily’s services clearly and professionally to business owners and managers.
• Collect accurate vendor details, contact information, menus, product lists, prices, photos and location information.
• Support vendors during onboarding, profile setup and activation.
• Guide vendors on how to receive and manage customer orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure they remain active and responsive.
• Submit clear daily reports on field visits, vendor feedback, market observations and follow-up actions.
• Provide useful feedback on vendor needs, pricing, customer demand and competitor activity.
• Meet assigned vendor growth, activation and performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, NCE, HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Entrepreneurship or any related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in sales, field marketing, business development, customer acquisition or related roles.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with business owners and managers.
• Good knowledge of Abuja business areas.
• Basic smartphone and internet skills.
• Ability to collect and organize information accurately.
• Self-motivated, professional and target-driven.
• Willingness to move around Abuja for field visits and follow-up.

Salary Monthly earning range of ₦112,000 to ₦250,000.
