The Hotel Capitol is a modern three-star hotel located at the heart of Omole Phase 1, offering luxury and comfort with 32 tastefully furnished rooms. We are seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with department heads to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel operations or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
