About the role
Field Sales Executive
Hundred Oak Investment Limited is hiring Field Sales Executives to drive sales growth and build client relationships across multiple Nigerian states.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and ensure consistent satisfaction and service quality
- Drive new sales opportunities to increase revenue
- Collaborate with event planners and entertainers for product awareness and promotion
- Coordinate product activations for sales and awareness
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Analyse sales data and compile reports for management insights
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (especially alcoholic beverages)
- Valid driver's licence and ability to drive
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Proficient in Excel and reporting
- Ethical, proactive, energetic, and hands-on with solid decision-making skills
- Must reside in the state you are applying for
