Marketer / Marketing Executive

The marketer is responsible for promoting the organization's products and services, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services
• Increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing activities
• Create and distribute marketing materials and promotional content
• Support digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market visits and client presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Identify customer needs and market trends
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain customer databases and engagement records
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum of 2–5 years marketing or sales experience
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement
• Proven ability to achieve sales or marketing targets
