Social Media & Sales Support Officer

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a proactive Social Media & Sales Support Officer to manage social media content, engage with clients, and drive sales conversions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Post pre-designed content (photos, videos, reels, ads) across Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms according to content calendar
• Monitor comments, DMs and engagement; respond or escalate as necessary
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels
• Provide product/service information and pricing
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Prepare and send quotations as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and leads
• Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate complex issues
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews, testimonials and referrals
• Keep daily records of inquiries, follow-ups and sales
• Submit daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, sales closed and customer feedback
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in social media management, customer service or sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook and TikTok
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in furniture, interior or design industry is an advantage

Salary N150,000 per month
