About the role

Sales Executive – Ibadan

ReelFruit is hiring a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Ibadan. You'll generate leads, build customer relationships, and execute regional sales strategies to support the company's expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads within your assigned territory; develop and execute prospecting plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; understand customer needs and propose aligned solutions
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-person presentations; handle objections and negotiate contracts
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain strong product expertise
  • Execute sales strategies as defined by management; gather client feedback and analyze competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports; analyze performance data

Requirements

  • Education: HND/B.Sc./B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience in FMCG sales (dried fruits or food industry preferred)
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; data analysis and problem-solving; proficiency in reporting and performance tracking
  • Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, results-focused, collaborative mindset, strong work ethic
