We are seeking a friendly and energetic Sales Attendant to join our team at the Burger Place in Yaba. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, able to upsell products effectively, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally and warmly.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Promote meals, combos, add-ons, and special offers to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales/front-desk environment.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.

Requirements

• Must be smart, neat, and customer-friendly
• Must be able to communicate well with customers
• Must have a strong sales mindset and ability to convince customers to buy more
• Must be proactive, energetic, and willing to learn
• Previous experience in sales, QSR, restaurant, or customer service is an added advantage
