Travel Accountant

Bedrock Residencies is hiring a detail-oriented Travel Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for travel, visa, tour, and related transactions
• Process customer payments, supplier settlements, refunds, and reimbursements
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment platforms, and company ledgers
• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and budget analyses

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (or ongoing pursuit) is an added advantage
