About the role
Travel Accountant
Bedrock Residencies is hiring a detail-oriented Travel Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for travel, visa, tour, and related transactions
- Process customer payments, supplier settlements, refunds, and reimbursements
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and financial reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment platforms, and company ledgers
- Prepare monthly management accounts, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and budget analyses
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (or ongoing pursuit) is an added advantage
