About the role

Business Manager

As the Business Manager, you will drive business growth, oversee daily operations, improve sales performance, and ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives within the real estate sector. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can lead teams, optimize processes, and support revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market presence
  • Lead, coach, and train sales teams to improve performance, customer acquisition, and conversion rates
  • Monitor operational and sales performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management to develop business plans, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure achievement of business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business management, operations management, or sales management within the Real Estate sector
  • Proven experience overseeing business operations, driving sales performance, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales, business development, operational management, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Salary

NGN 400,000 – NGN 600,000 per month
