Sales / Marketing Executive

Firstfruit Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales / Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's real estate products, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and market the company's real estate products
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Conduct property inspections and client site tours
• Manage client inquiries, provide professional advice, and maintain relationships
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Represent the company at real estate events, expos, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to build trust and connect with high-net-worth individuals
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
