Social Media Marketer

Shengya Machinery Company is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented social media marketer to strengthen digital presence and generate quality leads in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Design graphics, write compelling captions, and produce video content showcasing products and company activities
• Generate qualified leads through social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote products, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
• Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
• Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and marketing ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts and running successful campaigns
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Salary

NGN 70,000 - 150,000 monthly
