Customer Relations Officer

Poshbody is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions and support the sales process. This role involves responding to client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram and phone enquiries
• Convert enquiries into consultations and bookings
• Follow up prospective and existing clients
• Confirm appointments and send reminders
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Promote Poshbody treatments and offers
• Maintain accurate client records
• Track enquiries, bookings and sales conversions
• Provide daily reports on leads, bookings and follow-ups

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Sales/customer-service experience
• Confident using WhatsApp Business, Instagram and social media
• Well-presented, warm and professional
• Persuasive without being pushy
• Organised and target-driven
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, hospitality or luxury brands is an advantage
