Infection Prevention & CSSD Solutions Specialist (Sales)

Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS) is seeking a dynamic Infection Prevention & CSSD Solutions Specialist to drive business growth within our infection prevention, sterilization, and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) solutions portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare institutions to identify needs, develop tailored solutions, and support the adoption of best-in-class infection prevention technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the infection prevention and CSSD business line
• Identify and develop new opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Engage clinical, procurement, and executive stakeholders
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and business reviews
• Develop proposals and commercial recommendations
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare sales, infection prevention solutions, sterilization equipment, CSSD solutions, or medical devices
• Knowledge of infection control practices and hospital workflows
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven track record of business development success

Salary

Competitive Base Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 Monthly + Attractive Commission on Deals Closed + Performance Incentives + 13th Month + HMO + Other Benefits
