Digital Marketing Specialist

Levitikal Group seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to build and lead the group's digital marketing function from the ground up. You will manage the entire digital presence across all subsidiaries, driving online brand growth, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
• Drive organic growth through technical SEO, on-page optimisation, local SEO, and blog content
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with full budget accountability
• Manage CRM pipeline stages, lead scoring, sourcing tagging, and lifecycle automation
• Build and manage the full email programme: newsletters, drip sequences, and lead nurture flows
• Manage Levitikalgroup.com and subsidiary pages for UX, speed, content, landing pages, and conversion optimisation
• Oversee digital copy across social captions, emails, web pages, blog posts, and ad copy—on-brand and in English
• Set up and maintain full analytics stack; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
• Build automated lead capture and nurture workflows from first digital touch to sales handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
• 5–7 years of hands-on, end-to-end digital marketing experience (not just social media management)
• Proven track record with specific campaigns, channels, and measurable results
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
