Regional Sales Manager

Ascentech Services is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and oversee business operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, key accounts, and corporate clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze market trends.
• Ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate team performance and customer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present periodic sales and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing regional sales operations, distributors, and dealer networks.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Salary ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 Monthly
