The Head of Accounts & Finance will be responsible for managing all financial operations and accounting functions of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Manage financial risk and internal controls
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, ICAN)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong understanding of financial software and systems
