A full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Wealth Manager is responsible for advising clients on financial planning, investment options, and wealth-building strategies aligned with their business and personal objectives.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial planning, investment options, and wealth-building strategies
• Meet with micro-entrepreneur clients to assess their financial needs and design tailored financial plans
• Monitor client portfolios, conduct market and product research, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other bank teams to enhance client experience, deliver financial education, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients

Requirements

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
• Expertise in Investment Management and Investments
• Knowledge of Insurance products
• Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Professional certifications in wealth management or financial planning are an advantage
• Experience in banking, microfinance, or financial advisory services, particularly with small business or retail clients
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria, manage multiple client portfolios, and adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines
