Field Sales Representative

Join Shuttlers as a Field Sales Representative and drive customer acquisition across assigned territories. You'll be responsible for converting prospects into active users, promoting ride subscriptions, building affiliate partnerships, and expanding market presence through on-ground sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through on-ground sales activities
• Convert prospects into active Shuttlers users through app downloads and bookings
• Support wallet funding activation for new users
• Build and maintain local affiliate partnerships
• Promote weekly and monthly ride subscriptions
• Ensure optimal route occupancy through rider acquisition efforts
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports
• Participate in territory expansion and market penetration initiatives
• Educate and onboard new riders to the Shuttlers platform

Requirements

Education:

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• NYSC members and recent graduates encouraged to apply

Experience:

• Preferred: Fintech field sales (Moniepoint, OPay, PalmPay, MoMo), FMCG sales and trade marketing, telecommunications sales, solar sales, or last-mile distribution
• Not preferred: Logistics operations, traditional transport operations, or administrative roles

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer acquisition and lead generation experience
• Ability to work independently in field environment
• Relationship management skills
• Basic smartphone and digital literacy
• Data reporting and record-keeping skills
• Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work primarily in the field
• Must be comfortable meeting daily sales targets
• Must own and operate a smartphone
• Must be willing to work within assigned territories (Ogba, Ota, or Mowe)
• Must be highly self-motivated and target-driven
• Must be available for weekly office training and reporting sessions

Salary

• Base Salary: ₦53,000 per month
• Transport & Data Allowance: ₦20,000 per month
• Total Fixed Monthly Earnings: ₦73,000
• Additional commission for affiliate onboarding, user acquisition, and performance bonuses
