Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to join our agency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and managing compelling brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies that align with client business objectives and market positioning.
• Lead the creation of brand guidelines, core messaging, and value propositions for multiple clients across various industries.
• Coordinate market research and competitive analysis with strategy teams to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders regarding brand vision and direction.
• Translate client needs and marketing goals into actionable and inspiring brand briefs for internal creative teams.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experience delivery across all agency projects and client touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to execute integrated brand campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Manage brand budgets and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on scope and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• 4 - 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within an advertising agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage brands from strategy through execution
• Exceptional skills in client communication, presentation, and relationship management
• Strong strategic acumen and analytical skills, with a focus on business results
