Direct Sales Executive
Role Overview
The Direct Sales Executive (DSE) is responsible for driving sales growth of all ipNX retail products within an assigned territory. You will recruit new subscribers through personal engagement, develop key relationships with stakeholders, and win back churned customers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit 30+ subscribers monthly
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with minimal supervision
- Maintain and submit daily prospect pipeline reports (10 unique prospects daily)
- Conduct route mapping to identify potential and existing customers
- Cold call prospects to generate leads
- Act as brand ambassador and first point of contact to potential customers
- Submit weekly sales reports
- Maintain positive working relationships with Team Lead and other DSEs
- Provide customer feedback during weekly meetings
- Work at least 3 weekends per month
- Attend all sales training and weekly meetings
- Comply with ipNX policies and standards
Requirements
- HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in telecoms or FMCG sector
- Knowledge of retail market, competitor behavior, and product dynamics
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments
- Strong analytical thinking and market trend analysis capabilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Exemplary communication skills (face-to-face and telephone)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
