About the role
Direct Sales Agent (DSE)
Fort Knox Group is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, promote products and services, and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Conduct market visits and generate quality sales leads
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues where necessary
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of direct sales experience
- Previous experience in the insurance or telecommunications industry (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Good customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (added advantage)
