About the role

Direct Sales Agent (DSE)

Fort Knox Group is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, promote products and services, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market visits and generate quality sales leads
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues where necessary
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of direct sales experience
  • Previous experience in the insurance or telecommunications industry (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (added advantage)
