Sales and Marketing Manager

Sales and Marketing Manager at a luxury hotel in Agungi, Lekki. This role offers the opportunity to lead the hotel's sales and marketing function, drive revenue growth, strengthen brand visibility, and maximize sales across room bookings, conferences, banquets, corporate accounts, and food & beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities from corporate organizations, government agencies, travel agencies, event planners, and key market segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize repeat business
• Drive revenue growth across room bookings, conference facilities, banquet events, and food & beverage services
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen the hotel's brand presence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental goals
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and sales management tools
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue generation, and customer relationship management
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent business development, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Salary ₦500,000 per month
