About the role

Sales Executive – Tempkers Limited

Tempkers Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell real estate products and services, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets in Abuja.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell real estate products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Identify and contact potential buyers and investors through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
  • Generate qualified property leads and convert prospects into buyers/investors
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close property sales deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat sales and referrals
  • Conduct property presentations and client walkthroughs (physical or virtual)
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with management
  • Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events
  • Represent the company professionally during client engagements
  • Support real estate marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and property transactions
  • Update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools)
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Sales
  • Must be resident in Abuja, Nigeria
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strong presentation and sales closing skills
  • Target-driven with proven sales performance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Ability to analyze market trends and buyer behaviour
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • CRM software experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience in real estate sales
