Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong client relationships throughout every project stage
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams
• Follow up on deliverables and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, and execution details for experiential campaigns and events
• Work with clients, vendors, creative teams, and other stakeholders
• Manage expectations, resolve issues, and build lasting client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience managing client relationships and experiential campaigns/brand activations
• Confident, organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator
• Ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
