Process Sales Engineer

SLB is seeking an experienced Process Sales Engineer to drive market share and revenue growth with assigned accounts in Nigeria. This role combines technical expertise with sales strategy to match customer needs with innovative solutions in oil and gas operations.

Responsibilities

• Define sales strategy and SLB value proposition for each opportunity
• Adhere to SLB sales processes and stage gate system; drive proposal preparation
• Identify, qualify, and manage all sales leads and opportunities
• Plan and execute regular client calls and visits to ensure assigned account coverage
• Develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for existing and new products/services
• Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and market positioning
• Support marketing strategy initiatives and multi-BL activities
• Monitor pricing structure and recommend necessary adjustments
• Provide receivables management support
• Attend training to maintain technical and competitive knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Chemical/Petroleum)
• 10–15 years of experience in operations and sales within the oil & gas sector
• Demonstrated experience with Oil, Produced Water, Sea Water, and Gas Treatment technologies (onshore facilities)
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, client management, and external stakeholder engagement
• Expertise in opportunity management and customer relationship management
• Prior sales experience in a reputable O&G organization

• Technology marketing knowledge
