Sales and Logistics Officer

Uleval Technology is seeking a Sales and Logistics Officer to drive revenue and ensure seamless delivery of goods across our operations in healthcare, oil and gas, transportation, real estate, and communications sectors.

Responsibilities

Sales Support & Customer Service:

• Process customer orders, issue invoices, and manage price lists
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients to resolve delivery issues or service disruptions
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and secure repeat business

Logistics & Distribution:

• Coordinate and track shipments from suppliers to warehouses or end-customers
• Plan transportation routes and negotiate rates with carriers and freight forwarders to minimize costs
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, packing lists, and proof of delivery)
• Track Goods in Transit (GIT) and intervene to eliminate route inefficiencies or shipping delays

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate data in company systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics, sales operations, or order management
• Must be resident in Akure
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
