About the role

Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager

Manage the complete accounts receivable lifecycle and ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 and GAAP standards. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a competitive salary with equity opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 and GAAP
  • Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts to reduce outstanding receivables
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues and contract discrepancies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CA preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, or related finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, and revenue recognition principles
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills

Salary $130,000–$180,000 USD per year (base salary)
