A reputable consumer finance organization is seeking a Loan Management & Recovery Officer to join their team. This role involves managing and recovering loans effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor loan portfolios.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans.
- Communicate with borrowers to resolve payment issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in loan management or recovery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
