About the role
Customer Service Officer (Showroom)
Fort Knox Group is recruiting a Customer Service Officer to manage showroom operations, handle customer inquiries, and maintain excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer records
- Process petty cash transactions and generate basic reports
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
- Support other administrative and customer service activities as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, showroom, retail, or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas: SUM, IF, percentage calculations, financial computations)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience using spreadsheets for quotations, petty cash, and reporting

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and complaint-resolution abilities
