About the role

Customer Service Officer (Showroom)

Fort Knox Group is recruiting a Customer Service Officer to manage showroom operations, handle customer inquiries, and maintain excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer records
  • Process petty cash transactions and generate basic reports
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
  • Support other administrative and customer service activities as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, showroom, retail, or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas: SUM, IF, percentage calculations, financial computations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience using spreadsheets for quotations, petty cash, and reporting
