About the role
Head of IT
Wragby Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead the technology direction of a growing organisation, drive digital transformation, and make a significant impact on business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-site IT operations
- Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, service providers, and technology procurement
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Data Protection Act and information security governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 10 years progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership role
- Experience managing multi-site IT operations, preferably in construction, real estate, manufacturing, or project-driven industries
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft/Azure certifications
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Sage 50/200, SeamlessHR, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA), information security, governance, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage IT budgets and technology procurement
