Senior Sales Manager (B2B Sales Team Lead)

Runlink Technology Limited is seeking an experienced sales leader to head a B2B sales team driving corporate client growth in Nigeria's foreign trade sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a local B2B sales team of 5–10 members
  • Drive corporate client growth and revenue in the foreign trade sector
  • Build and execute sales strategies for cross-border financial services

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record leading teams of 5 or more
  • Strong leadership, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
  • Preferred: Fintech, cross-border services, or B2B sales background
