Sales Officer

ETC Workforce Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance in the luxury skincare and fragrance sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of company products (skincare, perfumes, room sprays, and diffusers)
• Meet and exceed set sales targets
• Demonstrate proper use of skincare products and fragrances to customers
• Cross-sell, up-sell, and link-sell products when appropriate
• Identify customer needs and recommend products based on preferences and stock availability
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
• Advise customers on skincare routines
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years proven sales experience, preferably in luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries
• Strong field and practical sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Salary

Monthly sales commission and welfare packages offered.
