Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Tastee Fried Chicken outlet, ensuring quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitors budget to control expenses and conducts cost reduction
• Supervises various sections, schedules, and trains sales and production managers
• Reviews operating reports with unit heads and develops comprehensive reports for management
• Coordinates with other unit heads (e.g., Audit and Accounts) for smooth outlet operations
• Ensures consistent food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Maintains high customer satisfaction and brand representation
• Ensures availability of raw materials and equipment functionality
• Maintains good customer relations and handles complaints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field
• Excellent data analytics skills
