About the role
Administrative Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Officer to join our growing transport and logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration within a transport, logistics, or fleet-based environment and possess excellent analytical, reporting, and operational support skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office procedures
- Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, data analysis, and process efficiency
- Coordinate and monitor fleet management activities, including vehicle documentation, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
- Handle and follow up on insurance claims related to company vehicles and assets
- Oversee facility management, ensuring office and operational facilities are properly maintained and functional
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative documentation
- Support management with business reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Administration, preferably within the transport, logistics, or fleet management sector
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-powered tools for business productivity and reporting
- Solid understanding of Fleet Management, vehicle documentation, maintenance tracking, and operational support
- Experience managing Insurance Claims and coordinating with insurance providers
- Knowledge of Facility Management and office administration best practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly
