Data Science Instructor

The Data Science Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based in Ikeja. The instructor will deliver engaging data science lessons, prepare instructional materials, and support learners with mentoring and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging data science lessons
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
• Supervise practical exercises and projects
• Assess learner performance and provide feedback
• Align course content with the school’s AI-focused curriculum
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methods

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong background in training and explaining complex data science and AI concepts
• Proficiency in Mathematics and Statistics relevant to data science
• Hands-on experience with data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, R, SQL)
• Ability to design and deliver project-based learning
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
