Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage salary loan and investment sales. The role involves leading a team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team for salary loans and investments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
