Store Sales Representative

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Store Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers, promote products, process sales transactions, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to build strong relationships that drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product needs
• Promote and recommend products to drive sales
• Process customer orders and payments accurately
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain an organized and attractive showroom or sales area
• Keep accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in any relevant field
• 2–4 years of indoor sales, retail sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic sales systems
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude
• Must reside in Lekki, Ajah or nearby areas
